I'm a web developer who ended up spending as much time automating things as building them. Most projects start as a website or a web app, and end with a handful of Python scripts quietly doing the parts nobody wants to do by hand.
I like small, well-scoped tools over bloated platforms, something that does one job reliably beats something that tries to do everything. That's the same philosophy behind this site: plain PHP, no framework, easy to extend.
